Qualifications

 

Michael has been inspecting homes fulltime throughout metro Atlanta for over 12 years.  In that time, Michael has personally inspected thousands of homes.  Michael is actively involved in the local chapter of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as a member for seven years, has served on the Board of Directors (from 2002-2006) and is also a member of ASHI on a National level.  Michael is code certified in new home construction evaluation and has the ability and experience to inspect most all types of new and existing construction.

 

Michael recently added Radon Testing and Home Energy Audits to the services he provides and is looking forward to assisting homeowners in saving energy, money and helping protect his client's health.

 

 

Michael is the sole owner, operator and inspector for AmericanHome Inspection Professionals, LLC and has an experienced and dedicated administrative staff that can answer any questions you might have concening the inspection process and procedure.  Michael dedicates himself fully to each inspection and to you the client.  The service we provide does not end after the inspection is complete and the report is delivered; Michael will continue to answer any questions or concerns you might have after closing and moving into your new home.  Lastly,  Michael loves the work he does.  Now, how many people actually like what they do for a living?
